Fruit Cake 7-Layer Bars are the ultimate festive treat! Featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, sweetened condensed milk, candied fruits, coconut, nuts, and chocolate, these chewy, colorful bars are perfect for the holidays. Easy to make and customizable, they’re ideal for gifting or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup candied mixed fruit (e.g., cherries, pineapple)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the prepared pan to form a firm crust.
  3. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour evenly over the crust.
  4. Layer Ingredients: Add layers in this order: candied fruit, coconut, nuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips. Press gently to secure.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and the center is set.
  6. Cool & Slice: Let bars cool completely before slicing into 24 squares.
