Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Fresh berries or cherries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
    • Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    • Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and lemon juice (if using).
    • Pour over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake:

  4. Prepare the Fried Ice Cream Topping:
