Ingredients

- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish and spread the uncooked rice evenly on the bottom.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the rice.
- Mix soup and water in a bowl until smooth, then pour over the chicken and rice.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the dish.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. Do not remove the foil during baking.
