Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and spread the uncooked rice evenly on the bottom.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  • Mix soup and water in a bowl until smooth, then pour over the chicken and rice.
  • Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the dish.
