- 6 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. - Prepare the Cupcake Batter:
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients, alternating with milk and water.
- Bake the Cupcakes:
- Fill liners ⅔ full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
