Description

Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cucumber, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 avocado, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions
