- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- Pinch of salt
- Additional powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter: Beat softened butter in a mixing bowl until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift flour, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in Nuts: Gently fold in the chopped nuts.
- Shape Dough: Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, 1 inch apart.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the bottoms are lightly golden. Cool slightly on the baking sheet.
- Dust with Sugar: While warm, dust generously with powdered sugar. Allow to cool completely before serving.
