Instructions
- Prepare Vegetables:
Finely chop tomatoes, onion, and peppers by hand for the best texture. - Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, minced garlic, and parsley. - Add Seasonings:
Stir in tomato paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, Aleppo pepper, and sumac until evenly mixed. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. - Serve:
