- 2 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Seasoning: Mix all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
2️⃣ Cut the Potatoes: Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into ¼-inch thick strips.
3️⃣ Soak the Potatoes: Submerge fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
4️⃣ Dry the Potatoes: Drain, rinse, and thoroughly pat dry with paper towels.
5️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
