Ingredients

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Green food coloring (gel preferred)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough

    • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and green food coloring until smooth.
    • Chill the dough for 15–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  • Form the Cookies

    • Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll each scoop in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  • Flatten and Bake

    • Place the coated dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and gently flatten them.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 7–9 minutes, until the edges are set.
  • Cool

    • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract to the dough.
  • For texture, mix in white chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  • For vibrant crinkles, roll dough first in granulated sugar, then in powdered sugar.
