Ingredients
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Green food coloring (gel preferred)
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and green food coloring until smooth.
- Chill the dough for 15–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Form the Cookies
- Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll each scoop in powdered sugar until fully coated.

Flatten and Bake
- Place the coated dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and gently flatten them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 7–9 minutes, until the edges are set.

Cool
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract to the dough.
- For texture, mix in white chocolate chips or sprinkles.
- For vibrant crinkles, roll dough first in granulated sugar, then in powdered sugar.
- Store at room temperature for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
