Ingredients

 - 1 small onion, chopped
 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
 - Optional: garlic powder or other seasonings
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Cook Beef – In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Prepare Dish – Grease a casserole dish and layer the sliced potatoes evenly.
 - Layer Ingredients – Spread the cooked beef and onions over the potatoes.
 - Mix Sauce – In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup with milk, then pour over the casserole.
 - Add Cheese – Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
