Description

These Easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites with a Rich Parmesan Cream Sauce are the ultimate quick and indulgent meal. Tender steak cubes are sautéed in a luscious garlic butter, then topped with a velvety parmesan cream sauce for a truly restaurant-quality experience right at home. Ready in under 30 minutes, this savory dish is perfect for a special occasion or a weeknight craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for the cream sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear the steak cubes for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Create the Parmesan Cream Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Stir in parmesan cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Combine and Serve: Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss in the parmesan sauce, and let everything simmer together for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Swap the steak for chicken or shrimp for a different twist.
  • For a lighter sauce, use half-and-half or milk instead of heavy cream.
  • Add herbs like thyme, rosemary, or red pepper flakes for additional flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
