Description

Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a hassle-free, comforting dish that combines the rich flavors of traditional lasagna with the convenience of frozen ravioli. Perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners, this slow-cooker recipe delivers cheesy, meaty layers of pasta and sauce with minimal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce (your favorite variety)
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained (or 2 lbs for extra meatiness)

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  • Sprinkle half of the ground beef over the ravioli.
  • Add a layer of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Pour another layer of sauce over the cheese.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the ravioli is tender and fully cooked.
