Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (whipped topping)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, Cool Whip, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the candy balls for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • While the balls are freezing, melt the chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Once the candy balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
