Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 450 grams high-quality white chocolate chips (avoid Chipits)
  • 500 grams mini marshmallows
  • 1.5 cups chopped red and green gumdrops

Instructions

  • Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
  • Chop Gumdrops: Cut red and green gumdrops in half; set aside.
  • Melt Ingredients: In a double boiler over medium heat, combine butter, white chocolate chips, and marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  • Cool Slightly: Let the mixture cool for 2 minutes.
  • Add Gumdrops: Stir gumdrops into the mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer and Press: Pour mixture into the prepared dish, pressing evenly with greased parchment or wax paper.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) until set.
