  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
  • 2 slices cooked beef, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs, egg whites, and water in a medium bowl.
  • Add Mix-Ins: Stir in tomatoes, beef, basil, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
