Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
  • 3 cups cold water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  • Prepare the Lemon Layer:

    • Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and cool slightly.
    • In a separate bowl, beat ⅓ of the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the lemon Jell-O mixture.
    • Fold in ½ cup of whipped topping until smooth.
    • Pour this mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes until partially set.
  • Prepare the Berry Blue Layer:

    • Dissolve the berry blue Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and add 1 cup cold water to cool slightly.
    • Beat the next ⅓ portion of cream cheese and mix it with the blue Jell-O.
    • Fold in ½ cup whipped topping.
    • Once the lemon layer is partially set, gently pour this blue mixture over the back of a spoon to prevent mixing.
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the Grape Layer:

    • Dissolve grape Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water, add 1 cup cold water, and let cool slightly.
    • Beat the final portion of cream cheese and mix it into the grape Jell-O.
    • Fold in the last ½ cup whipped topping.
    • Once the blue layer is set, pour this grape mixture over the back of a spoon to avoid mixing.
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  • Decorate and Serve:

    • Top the pie with whipped cream, pastel sprinkles, and candy eggs.
    • Slice and serve chilled.
