Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 medium iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1–2 cups nacho cheese Doritos chips, crushed
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
- Sour cream and guacamole for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook until browned, drain excess grease, and set aside to cool slightly. - Prep the Vegetables:
Chop iceberg lettuce and dice the tomato. - Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cooked ground beef, crushed Doritos, and Catalina dressing. Toss until evenly coated. - Serve:
Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Garnish with sour cream and guacamole, if desired. Serve immediately.
