Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
- 1 Medium iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 Large tomato, diced
- 1–2 cups Nacho cheese Doritos chips, crushed
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
- Optional: Sour cream and guacamole for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and taco seasoning; cook until beef is browned. Drain excess grease and let beef cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, cooled beef, crushed Doritos, and Catalina dressing. Toss until well mixed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
