Description

Dessert lasagna is a rich and creamy no-bake layered dessert featuring chocolate pudding, sweetened cream cheese, and soft lasagna noodles. Topped with whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and crushed Oreos, this indulgent treat is perfect for parties, potlucks, and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 12 sheets of lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (for garnish)
  • Additional whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  • In a bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk until thickened (about 2 minutes), then set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  • In a 9×13-inch dish, layer 4 lasagna noodles. Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the noodles.
  • Add half of the cream cheese mixture on top, then layer another 4 lasagna noodles.
  • Repeat the layers: the remaining chocolate pudding, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and the final 4 lasagna noodles.
  • Spread additional whipped cream on top and garnish with mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, let the dessert chill overnight for a firmer texture.
  • Rinse cooked noodles with cold water and lay them flat to prevent sticking.
  • Customize the dessert by using different pudding flavors, adding nuts, or layering fresh fruit.
