  • 1 egg
  • 12 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 23 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
  • Vegetables or toppings (e.g., green onions, peas)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Noodles:
    Cook instant noodles as per package instructions, slightly undercooking them. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and chili paste.
  3. Fry the Egg:
    Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and fry the egg until crispy on the edges. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry the Noodles:
    • In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of cooking oil.
