- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
- Vegetables or toppings (e.g., green onions, peas)
Instructions
- Boil the Noodles:
Cook instant noodles as per package instructions, slightly undercooking them. Drain and set aside. - Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and chili paste. - Fry the Egg:
Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and fry the egg until crispy on the edges. Remove and set aside. - Stir-Fry the Noodles:
