Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
For the Streusel Topping:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until combined.
- Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
Assemble the Filling:
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips on top.
Make the Streusel Topping:
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Use a pastry cutter to incorporate cold butter until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle evenly over the filling.
Bake the Bars:
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
