Ingredients
For the Crust:

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips on top.
- Make the Streusel Topping:
- In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the cold, cubed butter with a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the filling.
- Bake:
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
