For the Orange Coconut Cream:

- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pure maple syrup (optional, to taste)
For Garnish:
- Orange zest
- Shredded coconut
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Orange Coconut Cream:
- Blend soaked cashews, shredded coconut, orange juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
