Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion over medium heat until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Spread the drained spinach and sautéed onion evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and onion in the pie dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses evenly over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
