Ingredients
2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Toss the cubed sirloin steak with onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
- Transfer the seasoned steak into the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the steak is tender.
- Stir gently before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm with your preferred side dish.
