Description

Ingredients

2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 tbsp butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Toss the cubed sirloin steak with onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Transfer the seasoned steak into the crockpot.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the steak is tender.
  6. Stir gently before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm with your preferred side dish.

Notes

Use ribeye or chuck roast for a richer flavor—adjust cook time as needed.
