Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a quick and easy twist on traditional lasagna, featuring layers of cheesy ravioli, savory ground beef, and marinara sauce. Perfect for busy nights, it’s a delicious, comforting, and family-friendly meal made effortlessly in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained (can use up to 2 lbs for more protein)
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli (about 2530 pieces)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the crockpot: Begin by spreading a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot to prevent sticking.
  • Layer the ingredients: Add a layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce. Then, add a layer of browned ground beef followed by a generous sprinkle of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat layers: Continue layering ravioli, ground beef, sauce, and cheese until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve: Once done, serve hot and enjoy the cheesy, savory goodness!

Notes

  • Vegetarian Version: Skip the ground beef and add sautéed veggies like mushrooms, zucchini, or spinach.
  • Spicy Kick: Add red pepper flakes or spicy marinara sauce for extra heat.
  • Meat Variations: Substitute the ground beef with turkey, chicken, or Italian sausage for different flavors.
  • Storage: Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the microwave or bake at 350°F until heated through.
