  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Corn flour (as a binding agent)

  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Oil (for dough and frying)
  • Water (for dough consistency)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Vegetables
    • Peel and boil potatoes until tender, then mash smoothly.
    • Grate carrot finely.
  • Mix the Dough
    • Combine mashed potatoes, grated carrot, mozzarella, corn flour, parsley, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
    • Add oil and mix well. Gradually add water to form a pliable dough.
