Ingredients

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- Prep the Salmon:
- Pat salmon fillets dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, coat salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (optional). Toss to combine.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
- Cook the Salmon:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Add salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Work in batches if necessary.
- Serve:
- Transfer cooked salmon bites to a serving dish.
- Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce or serve sauce on the side for dipping.
- Garnish with parsley, green onions, and sesame seeds, if desired.
