- 6 cups water
- 8 oz three-cheese tortellini (refrigerated)

- ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

- Stir in Spinach and Cream: Add spinach and stir until wilted. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh thyme and serve hot.
