Description
A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad with a creamy yogurt dressing and a sweet honey drizzle, perfect for a light and healthy dessert or side dish.
Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup grapes, halved
1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and kiwi.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra honey on top. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for a chilled option.
Notes
If using frozen fruit, thaw it first and be cautious of extra juice.
For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
For extra sweetness, add more honey or a touch of agave syrup.
