Description

A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad with a creamy yogurt dressing and a sweet honey drizzle, perfect for a light and healthy dessert or side dish.

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 cup grapes, halved

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and kiwi.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra honey on top. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for a chilled option.

Notes

If using frozen fruit, thaw it first and be cautious of extra juice.

For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

For extra sweetness, add more honey or a touch of agave syrup.
