Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
- 1 tablespoon diced pickled jalapeños (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1–2 tablespoons water (optional, for thinning)
Instructions
- Combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, and pickled jalapeños (if using) in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with a pinch of salt to taste.
- For a thinner consistency, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the desired thickness is reached.
