Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese)

2 tbsp butter spread (or coconut oil or coconut butter)

23 tbsp powdered sugar (or erythritol)

Optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder for chocolate flavor


Instructions

  • Soften the cream cheese and butter spread (or coconut oil).

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Use a hand mixer for the best results.

  • If the mixture is too soft to handle, refrigerate for a few minutes until firm enough to scoop.

  • Scoop the mixture into balls using a cookie scoop and place them on a parchment-lined plate.

  • Freeze for 30 minutes to set.

  • Optionally, coat the bombs in melted chocolate, shredded coconut, or another topping of choice.

  • Store in the fridge or freezer for a ready-to-go treat.

Notes
