Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese)
2 tbsp butter spread (or coconut oil or coconut butter)
2–3 tbsp powdered sugar (or erythritol)
Optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder for chocolate flavor
Instructions

Soften the cream cheese and butter spread (or coconut oil).

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Use a hand mixer for the best results.

If the mixture is too soft to handle, refrigerate for a few minutes until firm enough to scoop.
