Ingredients

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, chopped cranberries, and pistachios. Mix well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
