Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (810 inches)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    Combine softened cream cheese and crumbled feta in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Assemble the Pinwheels:
    Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the filling, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
  3. Roll and Chill:
    Roll the tortilla tightly into a cylinder, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Slice and Serve:
