Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (810 inches)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Assemble the Pinwheels:
    • Lay a tortilla flat. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
    • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat for all tortillas.
  3. Chill and Slice:
    • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
    • Unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  4. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
