- 32 Ritz crackers, crushed

- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and crushed Ritz crackers.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape & Bake: Form into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
- Glaze the Meatloaf: After 30 minutes, remove meatloaf and spread half the glaze over the top. Return to oven for another 10 minutes.
- Final Glaze: Add remaining glaze and bake for 5-10 more minutes until caramelized.
- Rest & Serve: Let sit for a few minutes before slicing.
