Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180 g) cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup (45 g) cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup (80 g) granular sweetener (e.g., monk fruit sweetener)
- Optional:
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp coffee powder
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 7-inch (15 cm) square brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese, egg, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a blender until smooth. Add optional baking powder, coffee powder, and salt for extra flavor and texture.
- Pour the smooth batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, if desired.
- Bake for 22 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing. Enjoy!
