Ingredients

  • 4 Snickers bars (chopped)
  • 4 Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped)

Instructions

  • Make the Cookie Dough:

    • In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
    • Add vanilla extract and salt, then gradually mix in flour until combined.
    • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
    • Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, then form small dough balls.
  • Prepare the Ice Cream:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until thickened.
    • Stir in peanut butter and chocolate syrup until smooth.
  • Assemble the Ice Cream:

    • Layer half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan.
    • Sprinkle half of the Snickers and Reese’s pieces, then add half of the cookie dough balls.
    • Repeat with the remaining ice cream, Snickers, Reese’s, and cookie dough.
  • Freeze:

    • Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm.
