Ingredients
- 5 ½ cups flaked coconut
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked coconut, flour, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Using a small ice cream or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the macaroons are lightly browned on the edges.
- Allow the macaroons to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
