Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines preferred)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan or 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Add eggs, water, and oil to the dry ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes (Bundt pan) or 30–35 minutes (9×13-inch pan). Check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve as-is or top with powdered sugar or glaze.
