Description

This Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza recipe is an easy and delicious dessert made with crescent rolls, a cinnamon-sugar topping, and a sweet vanilla icing. Perfect for sharing, it’s a quick treat for family nights, potlucks, or anytime you crave something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk (for icing)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough onto the baking sheet, keeping it in a rectangular shape. Press any seams together to seal.
  3. Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to create the icing.
  7. Drizzle the icing over the cooled cinnamon-sugar pizza.
  8. Slice into squares or triangles and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add nutmeg or cardamom to the cinnamon-sugar mix.
