Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2: Chill and Roll

  1. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Cut cookies with a round cutter and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.

Step 3: Bake

  1. Outline cookies with white icing; flood the centers. Allow to dry.
  2. Pipe green icing for the wreath, add leaves and berries with red icing, and finish with white snowy dots.
