Ingredients

- 1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add the Cake Mix: Gradually incorporate the yellow cake mix to form a sticky dough.
- Chill the Dough: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Shape and Roll: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop tablespoon-sized dough portions, roll into balls, coat with powdered sugar, and top with sprinkles.
- Bake the Cookies: Arrange balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and cookies are crackled.
- Cool and Serve: Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
