Christmas Crack, also known as White Chocolate Chex Mix, is a sweet and salty holiday snack made with cereals, pretzels, peanuts, M&M’s, and white chocolate. Perfect for parties, gifting, or a festive treat!
Ingredients
- 36 ounces white chocolate chips (3 bags)
- 11.4-ounce bag M&M’s
- 4 cups pretzels (gluten-free pretzels optional)
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 7 cups rice or corn Chex cereal (or a mix of both)
- 4 cups Cheerios
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix pretzels, peanuts, Chex cereal, and Cheerios in a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and gently mix to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheets and sprinkle with M&M’s. Mix gently to incorporate.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
