Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 12 slider buns (round or square)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 6 slices American cheese (or preferred cheese)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Sauté diced onions until translucent.

- Spread Sriracha mayo on the top halves of the slider buns.
- Spread ketchup on the bottom halves.

- Place bottom halves of the buns in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns.
- Top with American cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.

- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
