Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
  • 1 small sweet onion, diced
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 12 slider buns (round or square)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 6 slices American cheese (or preferred cheese)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Meat Mixture

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Sauté diced onions until translucent.
    • Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
    • Drain excess fat, then mix in dill pickle relish.
  • Prepare the Buns

    • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha.
    • Spread Sriracha mayo on the top halves of the slider buns.
    • Spread ketchup on the bottom halves.
  • Assemble the Sliders

    • Place bottom halves of the buns in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns.
    • Top with American cheese slices.
    • Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  • Bake

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve

    • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
