Ingredients

Instructions

- Melt the Chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Combine: Stir the toasted quinoa into the melted chocolate until well-coated.
- Set the Mixture: Spread the chocolate-quinoa mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Freeze: Place the pan in the freezer for 1 hour or until firm.
- Serve: Slice into bars and enjoy.
