Description

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bites are the ultimate dessert for chocolate and peanut butter lovers. With fudgy brownie cups filled with a creamy peanut butter center, they offer the perfect combination of rich chocolate and smooth peanut butter. Ideal for parties, gatherings, or just satisfying a sweet tooth, these bites are easy to make, and they can be enjoyed fresh or stored for later.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar, butter, and water. Microwave in 45-second intervals until the butter is melted.
  • Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips until fully melted. If the mixture isn’t melting, microwave for a few extra seconds and stir.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix in the flour and baking soda.
  • Let the batter cool for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Fold in the milk chocolate chips.
  • Grease or line a muffin tin and fill each cup about 3/4 full with the brownie batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 14-16 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and cool for about 5 minutes.
  • If the centers don’t cave in, gently press down in the middle to create a small divot.
  • Microwave the peanut butter until melted and creamy, then pour about 1 tablespoon into each brownie cup. Optionally, top with extra chocolate chips.

Notes

  • You can substitute chunky peanut butter for creamy, though it may affect the texture.
  • For a shortcut, swap the homemade brownie batter for a boxed mix.
  • These bites can be made in a muffin tin, or you can use a pan and cut them into squares.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.
