Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix crushed chocolate graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed. Fold in sour cream.
- Bake the Cheesecake:
