Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt/Mexican crema)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 8–10 sprigs fresh cilantro
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Combine chipotle peppers (with adobo sauce), sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and spices in a blender or food processor.
- Add Cilantro: Toss in fresh cilantro sprigs.
- Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
