Ingredients

- 2 tbsp light soy sauce

- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, julienned
- Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
- 1 red chili (optional, thinly sliced for garnish)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Fish: Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry. Make three diagonal cuts on each side.
